This photograph shows the Queen and her Aide-de-Camp discussing a royal Victorian floral tribute to honour the Queen's second son, Alfred. This particular vignette was researched, written and performed by QV Inc for the Prince Alfred Arch dedication in Tangier, Nova Scotia, 19 October, 2001.

The Queen would much enjoy researching, creating and/or being part of any authentic historical event that might remind her of her family's or the Empire's rich and glorious past.
